Performance
Efficient and capable, the 2.0L EcoBoost Petrol engine provides up to 183 kW of power and 387 Nm of torque. The new Escape offers the ideal balance of power and performance.
5 selectable drive modes1
The Ford Escape comes with five selectable drive modes to suit varying conditions – normal, eco, sport, slippery deep snow/sand and trail. Plus, it’s available in both FWD and AWD drive train options.

FWD or AWD?
The FWD (Front Wheel Drive) system sends power and weight directly to the front wheels, helping to retain traction on slippery roads. The AWD (All-Wheel Drive) system intelligently determines how much grip, balance and responsiveness is needed to suit varying conditions and terrain.

Important information at a glance. The heads-up display3 projects key information into your field of vision, so you can keep your eyes on the road ahead.

FordPass Connect
The Escape is fitted with an embedded modem. Using the FordPass app on your mobile device4, you can lock, unlock or even locate your vehicle5. FordPass lets you start the engine from afar, and heat or cool the cabin to the last setting6.
